Lighting

With the ever-increasing cost of electricity, it is well worth investigating the potential savings which could be made by upgrading you commercial lighting installations.

Our Design Engineers are available to carry out lighting surveys to advise on improvements and calculate what financial savings can be made; whether that be warehouse lighting, factory lighting or commercial lighting requirements.

Emergency Lighting Schemes

In the event of an emergency and a power fail, buildings need to be evacuated safely and quickly. Escape routes and emergency exits must be illuminated to achieve this.There are laws relating to emergency commercial lighting, most importantly the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. It includes a mandatory requirement for the provision of emergency lighting in all public buildings.

Cosaf specialise in all aspects of electrical distribution, for new and existing commercial and industrial spaces. We inspect, test and issue appropriate certificate and documentation in accordance with the clients specified requirements and statutory regulations.

Not only do we provide all measuring and test equipment but we also ensure installation site tests are controlled and monitored in accordance with BS 5781 and our quality system.

All calibration of instruments is carried out annually in accordance with the NIC.

Cosaf Electrical Services can manufacture a wide range of electrical control products ranging from small control panels, through to larger floor standing suites.

We provide a ‘Design and Build’ service from initial plans prepared by Cosaf’s Engineers, or to the client’s own specifications utilising standard or custom built enclosures.

All products are manufactured by trained personnel, qualified to 17th Edition. This coupled with a stringent policy of testing ensures that the product manufactured is free from defects when delivered.

Data

Installing and upgrading data centre power equipment can be a demanding and meticulous task that requires expert knowledge and skill.

Cosaf offer a full data cabling and infrastructure design and installation service, tailored to the client’s requirements and the current industry standards including ISO11801.

The design of the infrastructure can be to a clients existing installation which can be upgraded or extended, or alternatively can be a full redesign package.
