Cosaf Environments Launch Revolutionary Cooling Product at M&E Exhibition
4th September 2009
Leading environmental heating and cooling specialist, CoSaf Environments / Breezair UK, has announced that it will be launching Seeley International’s revolutionary cooling product, Climate Wizard, on its stand B119, at the M&E Exhibition, London Olympia on the 7th and 8th October. The state-of-the-art product is the most advanced, energy cooling technology ever produced, delivering outstanding cooling performance with previously unheard of energy savings
Because of its capabilities, Climate Wizard is much more than just an improvement in existing technologies – it is a completely new cooling category. An altogether revolutionary form of indirect evaporative cooling, it can achieve comfort conditions equivalent to, and at times better than, conventional air conditioning, but incredibly with only the electricity consumption of an evaporative cooler.
Despite this, Climate Wizard still costs a fraction of conventional air conditioning systems to buy and install - payback on new commercial installation can be less than a year. Totally environmental, reductions in emissions can equate to six tonnes of CO2 per year for each new Climate Wizard installed in place of a ducted refrigerated system – an equivalent to one less car on the road.
As a stand-alone cooler, it consumes less than a third of the electricity required by a comparable refrigerated system. In independent testing under taken by the University of South Australia, Climate Wizard provided pre-cooled “make up air” to large commercial refrigeration plants, resulting in energy savings of 35%.
Climate Wizard incorporates a patented radial heat exchanger, which ensures that no moisture is added to the air entering the conditioned space. At the same time it exploits the effectiveness of all the elements necessary to maximise the heat exchange process.
The M&E Exhibition will provide an ideal opportunity for visitors to view working displays of both the Climate Wizard and the Breezair Icon. Technical data and independent test reports will be available on all the latest efficient cooling products.
The Breezair Icon was recently tested by California’s largest Energy provider PG&E which reported:
“...the Breezair Icon cooler achieved over twice the efficiency of the competitive products on test at the same air flow rate and still had superior efficiency when delivering about twice the maximum airflow of the others...”.
