PZ Cussons

The Brief:
Companies are constantly being reminded about the long-term impact their business practices are having on the environment. More and more industry bosses are now turning to ‘green-led’ technology in an attempt to decrease their ‘carbon footprint’ when investing in their infrastructure.

PZ Cussons needed a solution to their overheating production areas and summer time solar gain; therefore the team at Cosaf were tasked to design, supply & install a low energy, low carbon cooling system to eradicate an uncomfortable 
staff working environment.

Our Proposition:
The production area, used for manufacturing household 
name soaps, has recorded temperatures of +30-35°c during previous summers therefore the solution needed to cater to 
the needs of the staff and production of the business as a whole. The Breezair system is designed to provide a cool 
fresh environment whilst maintaining temperatures of 
+20-25°c dependent upon the external conditions.

With a large production area of over 6,000 sq. meters, 
Cosaf designed and installed 24 Breezair systems to sit conveniently around the roof of PZ Cussons state of the 
art building.

The multi-award winning innovative design provides a controlled supply of fresh, cooled air with minimal noise 
and low energy consumption.
