More 'intelligent' than the standard split air conditioning systems, the VRV/VRF
(variable refrigerant volume/flow) system allows the operation of up to 16 o. indoor fan coil units to be operated from a single external condensing unit. With obvious advantages of space saving and significant cost savings on installation, this air conditioning system type is now more popular than before in large high rise multi office type buildings or any building where plant space is at a premium.

With large refrigerant pipe runs of up to 100m and level differences of up to 50m, buildings 15 storey high can be served from roof mounted condensing units. Extensions of the VRV/VRF concept allow for simultaneous heating or cooling from individual coil units served from the same condensing unit. Heat recovery within the system makes effect of waste heat therefore, ensuring maximum energy efficiency.
Fully optimised air conditioning systems to operate on both R22 refrigerant and R407c, a non-toxic, zero ozone depleting refrigerant.
Commissioning
Following installation, CoSaf provide a full commissioning service to comply with all manufacturers recommendations including the provision of operations and maintenance manuals and as fitted drawings.

Subject to a regular maintenance contract being taken, all our installations carry comprehensive parts warranty period for 3 years.
